The ICHOM Conference 2023 abstract submission is now closed.

FAQ’s:
What is the poster format to use?
Dimensions for hard copy (printed copy): 594mm x 841mm.
Poster orientation: Portrait (vertical) orientation.
Digital copy: this should be sent in PDF format to s.meijer@ichom.org
Poster digital copy deadline: please submit by 28 September. These will be made available on the ICHOM Website after the event.
Font type: please, choose an appropriate font which matches your inhouse style and is easy to read. Sans serif font types (e.g. Arial, Helvetica, Calibri ) are generally considered to be more readable compared to other font types.
Font size: viewers should be able to read your poster from a distance of one metre. Make sure that your text is not too small to read, or so big that it overwhelms your poster. The following font sizes offer a good general guideline:
– Paragraph text: at least 18 points
– Headings: around 30 points
– Title: around 72 points
ICHOM and NEJM Catalyst Logos: Please include the attached ICHOM 2023 and NEJM Catalyst logo in your poster, either in the header of the footer. You can download these here
Corresponding Author Information: Please include a photo, name, title and organisation of the corresponding author who will be in attendance and to whom delegates could direct the questions at the bottom of the poster
What are the next steps to attend the conference/participate in the Abstract showroom?
If you wish to display the poster of your abstract at the conference, please print the poster in advance (see guidance above), register for the conference (see previous step) and bring the poster with you in person. Once you arrive at the conference you will be greeted by one of the iCHOM staff who will collect your poster and ensure it is displayed for the conference
What is the pass we need to purchase to attend the conference?

Do any of the authors have to register to send the poster?
Yes, in order to display your poster at the event you will need to register for the event and bring the poster. Please contact the events team for your exclusive discount at events@ichom.org
In the agenda, in which section are the selected posters exhibited?
The abstract gallery will be open throughout the event from the first mid-morning break onwards. We will encourage delegates to visit and view the abstracts during each morning, lunch and afternoon break. All abstract authors will be required to be available for Q&A in the abstract gallery during the second half of the lunch break on October 10th and 11th.
