Paula Daibert is the Director of Innovation at IAG Saúde Group, Brazil. She began her career in public service, working in various primary healthcare centers and overseeing the control of notifiable diseases. She later transitioned to the private sector, joining one of Brazil’s largest payers. Since 2014, she has dedicated herself to developing technology-driven solutions for healthcare management and information systems, starting with DRG Brasil.

With a strong background in primary care, clinical governance, and value-based healthcare (VBHC), Paula has also worked as a primary care physician and educator, providing practical training until 2020. She holds a medical degree, a residency in Primary Care, a Master of Science, and Executive MBAs in Healthcare and Data Science.

An expert in DRG, VBHC, and healthcare analytics, she co-authored a book alongside her mentors last year, sharing their collective experience in clinical governance and value-based healthcare.
