Dr. Alice Andrews is Adjunct Faculty in Health Care Management Education at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and Co-Founder of Carneth Advisory, a value-based health care consultancy. She previously served as Senior Lecturer at Swansea University (UK), Senior Scientist and Senior Lecturer at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice, and Director of Education at the Value Institute for Health and Care at the University of Texas at Austin. Her work focuses on value-based health care implementation, outcomes measurement, and the well-being of the health care workforce. She has developed and led graduate and executive education programs for clinicians and health care leaders internationally and serves on editorial review boards for the Journal of Patient Experience and the Journal of Health Organization and Management. Dr. Andrews holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University and an MS in the Evaluative Clinical Sciences from Dartmouth College.
