I am a Professor of Medical and Health Sciences, an ENT and Pediatric ENT specialist, and currently serve as Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs and Head of the Department of Otolaryngology at the National Institute of Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation in Warsaw, Poland. I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Jagiellonian University Medical College and have held academic and clinical positions at leading institutions, including the Jagiellonian University Medical College, the Oncology Centre in Bydgoszcz, the University Children’s Hospital in Kraków, and the Centre of Postgraduate Medical Education in Warsaw. My research focuses on the role of the tumour microenvironment in cancer development and progression, tissue remodelling, and otolaryngological disorders in both children and adults. I am particularly interested in implementing value-based healthcare and comprehensive geriatric care models to improve patient outcomes. In 2023, I completed an Executive MBA programme jointly delivered by the Warsaw School of Economics and the Medical University of Warsaw.
