Hans Bax, MBA holds 25 years of (international) experience in procurement and supply chain management in healthcare with a special interest in value-based procurement and the adoption of innovative medical technologies. Hans has served with various healthcare providers as a Procurement Director in the Netherlands and Germany. Currently, within the MedTech Europe organization located in Brussels, Hans is responsible for the Value- and Innovation-based Market Access team focusing on value demonstration of medtech, reimbursement & funding and public procurement in healthcare. Besides, Hans is a lecturer at NEVI, the Dutch procurement association, and a partner in the EU-funded ProCure project.
